How can I contact you?

Our business hours are Monday–Friday, 9AM–4PM CT (excluding holidays). For questions about shipping timelines or damaged orders, please also visit our Shipping + Returns page.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

All planner sales are final. Due to limited inventory and personal fulfillment, we are not able to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If your planner arrives damaged, email us within 5 days of delivery at hello@kristenvanhorn.com with a photo and your order number, and we’ll help resolve the issue.

How long will it take to receive my planner?

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) via USPS. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Shipping times may vary based on your location and USPS service conditions.

Can I change my order after it’s been placed?

Orders are processed quickly and cannot be modified once submitted. This includes changes to your shipping address, planner quantity, or cover preference. If your address was entered incorrectly and your package is returned to us, we can reship it at no additional cost.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. If you're outside the U.S., you can purchase a Slay Your Schedule™ Planner on Amazon (availability may vary).

What’s included with the planner?

Each Slay Your Schedule™ Planner includes:

• A 90-day, undated layout

• Weekly planning pages

• Daily space to set your top 3 priorities

• Goal-setting pages

• Blank pages for notes or reflection

• A free digital version of the weekly layout (delivered via email)

What size is the planner?

The planner measures 7" x 10", making it large enough for strategy and structure, but small enough to travel easily. It features a soft-touch matte cover and book-bound spine that lays flat for ease of use.

Can I send the planner as a gift?

Yes! Just enter the recipient’s address in the shipping section during checkout. We do not offer gift wrap or custom messages at this time, but no pricing or receipts are included in the package.

Do you offer other products or services?

Yes! In addition to the planner, we offer:
