We’re so excited for you to start using your Slay Your Schedule™ Planner — here’s everything you need to know about ordering, shipping, and support.
Return Policy
All planner sales are final. Due to limited inventory and fulfillment capacity, we’re unable to accommodate order cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order—we’re not able to update addresses, apply discount codes, or modify orders once they’ve been submitted.
If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we’ll happily reship it to a new address at no cost.
Order Support
If your planner arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 5 days of delivery. Send an email to hello@kristenvanhorn.com with your name, order number, a photo of the damage, and a short description of the issue.
We’re happy to make it right — as long as the planner hasn’t been used, written in, or mishandled after arrival.
Shipping + Processing
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) via USPS. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking.
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. International customers can order via Amazon — check Amazon.com for availability.
All planners are shipped in a protective padded mailer to ensure they arrive safely and ready to use.
Shipping Confirmation + Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
If you don’t see a confirmation or tracking email, check your spam folder — or email us at hello@kristenvanhorn.com and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.
